The Fringe Files received high praise from experienced adjudicator Mike Tilbury following the performance of UnderLINE at the Rhoda McGaw Theatre (Woking), as part of the 2013 Woking Drama Festival.
At the ceremony, it was announced that the brand new psychological thriller, written by British Playwright Michael Starr and directed by Stuart Lyddon, had received no fewer than five award nominations. UnderLINE, starring Quintin Mitchell, Adam Holland and Andrew Meadows, was highlighted as being “frighteningly atmospheric!” Mike Tillbury also praised the overall quality of the production, covering the acting right through to lighting and sound.
Quintin Mitchell was nominated for best male actor, Gordon Watson received nominations for Best Sound and Best Light whilst Stuart Lyddon was shortlisted for Best Direction. The Fringe Files also received a group nomination for overall Technical Excellence.
A huge congratulations to everybody involved with this production and big hugs to every one of you who came along to watch. We hope to return with a brand new production in 2014.
