A big thank you to those who have expressed an interest in getting involved both on and off stage. The response has been very positive and I will try to contact each of you directly over the next few days. Thanks again!

One thing you should be always flexible with is the budget and I’m certainly on a tight one. It’s clear to me that I need to tour this play before we reach the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, in order to give the cast and myself an opportunity to iron out minor problems that will undoubtedly occur. It also gives us a chance to push for extra revenue which will be used in Edinburgh. Furthermore, It seems that my initial hope of using the Riverside Studios in Hammersmith to both audition and perform a single show may have been slightly ambitious. The venue is possibly too big for us, and certainly too expensive. So with that, I’ve decided to pull the casting and pre-production away from London, and work locally in Bristol. This will save us potentially hundreds of pounds. However, I still want to do a single run in London, so I’ve decided to expand our performance tour from two to three venues. Now, we will focus on Bristol and the West Country and tap into their lively theatre scene to cast and rehearse. There will be a Bristol performance, followed by a London performance before finally ending with a longer staying Edinburgh Fringe Festival performance. By cutting London production out, we can expand with the Fringe, and at the end of the day, that’s what this is all about?
